How We Review: A Plain Account of Our Method

PINOYLUCK is an independent guide, not a casino. It takes no deposits and runs no games, so its usefulness depends entirely on whether its descriptions can be trusted. The most direct way to earn that is to publish the method and its weak points. For readers aged 21+.

Why there are no scores

A score compresses several unrelated questions into one figure and invites comparison between operators that the underlying evidence cannot support. This site therefore reports findings in sentences. You will see statements like 'the withdrawal terms are published' or 'no complaints procedure could be found', never a mark out of ten or a position in a list.

Seven criteria

  • Licence disclosure: the name of the licensed entity and the regulator, stated in text.
  • Payment rails: the channels offered and whether funds go to a business account.
  • Terms clarity: whether cashout rules and bonus conditions are available before sign-up.
  • KYC rules: what is asked for, at what stage, and through what channel.
  • Complaint route: an internal process plus a stated place to escalate.
  • Responsible-gaming tools: limits, breaks and self-exclusion.
  • Support and app distribution: official contact methods, and how any app is provided.

Things this site does not claim

It does not claim to have deposited, played or withdrawn at any operator. It does not publish payout speeds, fees, minimum amounts or bonus values for a named operator; those are set by the operator and should be read on its cashier page. It does not claim knowledge of how any operator's games are configured.

Things it can state confidently

General mechanics are a different matter. How wagering requirements are calculated, what RTP and volatility mean, how a cut-off time interacts with banking days, that InstaPay is real-time with a cap per transaction and PESONet runs in batches: these hold across operators and are explained on the guide pages.

Commercial disclosure

Some outbound links may be partner links, and the site may be paid a commission when a reader registers through one. No payment alters the wording of any page. A criterion that comes out badly is reported as it is, and an operator cannot purchase its removal.

Corrections

Each page shows a modified date. Where a reader finds a mismatch between a page and an operator's current terms, the page is the one that should change. Use the criteria yourself before depositing: if the licensed company, the withdrawal terms and the complaint route cannot be found, that tells you enough.

Is PINOYLUCK a casino?

No. It is an independent guide with no games or cashier.
